My name is Bruce, I am a technician assistant in fixed dome digesters construction at Lanforce Energy. From the day I joined Lanforce Energy my life has been so busy as we go around the country constructing digesters. I am so grateful that all the places we have been, communities have been empowered and the technology is now in higher demand. This has created many opportunities for our youth through employment and now we are able to look after our families.

Biogas brought modern living to me and my family. With my 13m³, we can cook for hours, baking my cakes, knucklebones for my husband, etc. I had a terrible experience fetching firewood in the mountains. Our area habitats different venomous snakes and scorpions so going in the mountains in search of firewood has been always a risk. Lanforce Energy changed our livelihoods here through Biogas.

My life has been simple and manageable from the day I started using biogas. I used to send someone to the City some 40 km away to buy LPG. There were many challenges that I faced in that I could be swindled either by the transporter or the gas filling station would fill less gas. The total cost will be scary after adding transport costs to my homestead. Now with Biogas, everything is sorted.
